Where do I apply and pay?
On the official Pokhara University student portal at services.pu.edu.np. This site only collects your receipt and delivery details.
What receipt do I upload here?
The pickup receipt that is generated on your services.pu.edu.np application detail page once your college finishes processing — not the payment receipt. Include your PU application reference number as well.
How do I pay your fee?
Our flat pickup & delivery fee (Rs. 500) is collected in cash when your documents are delivered to your door. The PU fee itself is paid at services.pu.edu.np.
Can I order Transcript + Migration + Provisional together?
Yes — that's the TMP bundle on the PU portal (one application, one pickup receipt). Select the TMP bundle here and we'll collect all three for a single delivery fee.
How do I track my delivery?
Once dispatched, your application page shows the courier and tracking ID with a direct link to the courier's tracking page (e.g. Nepal Can Move).
How long does it take?
Collection usually starts right after your receipt is verified; delivery time then depends on the document's processing time at PU and your location. Track your application page for live status.
